I was visiting my family last week. It's been a while since the last time I met them (read: a Year), so I won't be surprised if there would be a big home-welcoming (I was hopeful, mind you). Imagine my disappointment at the same old lack-of-reaction my family gives me. They picked me up at the airport with the altogether-bland-look like it's a routine occasion and I just back from visiting the neighbors. I'm sorry if I do not feel the love.
The week passed by very quickly and uneventfully. It's a high time for the flu season and I'm no superhuman, I guess sickness do lower our energy and our motivation to socialize. I spent my time resting, eating, gaming, resting, lazing around, resting, and being the perfect introvert that I am. I'm back to Jakarta with only a few increased-on miscellany goods (a request from a few people) and looks no worse for wear.
I think it's a problem of choosing a "proper time". A week before I schedule to came home, my mother departed to Mecca for Haji. For the record I'm happy to contribute that I met her at the airport, and she greets me with the Usual heartwarming hug, makes me wonder if she is the only extrovert in the house and the obvious lack of her make us the most awkward and standoffish bunch of blood-related-people around.
I think I'll consider my time-management for my next visit, so these thing won't happen again.
I guess, I'm finish with the ranting and now on to some interesting facts: I only found out about the Daylight Saving Time Today! Yeah, I live in the equator and my country never observed it and I always see a notice about it in Every website that I Visited during the past months and the past years... :sigh: I just feels shame that I never bother about many things in life.
Yet another interesting fact, there's a thing called Computer Zone Time. And it differs about 193 seconds from the Local Standard Time. I now knew the reason why I always have another 3 minutes more to get ready after spending so much time in front of the computer every morning.
~fin. Total time consumption: approximately an hour and a half for both typing and editing. I hope there would be only a small amount of grammar mistakes (but I won't count on it) XD.

~spare time + Creativity = Something useful
A few months ago, I read about something called terrariums and see many different kinds of it. The glass terrariums made by litill are very pretty and cute although it costs quite expensive (cost from US$ 125 to US$ 800). I, then, decide to made it myself. The main point is the container which made from glass as to make a beautiful appearance.
I start with a single plant in glass. Using black chaff and little white stones. The glasses are the very cheap ones, just make sure it has a nice shape. It range from IDR 2.ooo to IDR 20.ooo, the huge aquarium-like-glass though cost quite a lot (IDR 25.ooo to IDR 60.ooo). We can find the little stones from the flower-replica-shop (IDR 5.ooo per bag). And with only IDR 10.ooo you can get a sack of black chaff, more than enough to build a house (I'm kidding ;p). Coincidentally theres a Plants-Fair near the office, the cute cacti and some little flower only cost IDR- 5.ooo to 20.ooo.

| The finally done glass terrariums by combining three kinds of plants to make a little garden. Cost from IDR 65.ooo to IDR 100.ooo |

Another random post starts~~
My day started with a notice from Gmail~
I mean, what the??!! Is it some kind of error or what? The access type is Unknown and that's what made me curious. I decide to change my password right away, but I'll just ignore this issue for now.
Next, I read some interesting bits on internet-social norm and conduct. From the best practice on e-mail by Dave Johnson, these are a few that are really worth mentioning.

Neglecting the readers by forgetting common courtesies. Say thank you in public; give criticism in private.I rarely do that. That's why many called me insensitive blob ~.~
Always using e-mail when other forms of communication might be better. You do still have a phone, right? And to answer the question, it's a no from me, I guess. Another reminder on why many people neglects me. It's all because I much prefer email than the phone, it gives me space and privacy.
