~keeping track, how much is too much?

I've decided not to post this manga recommendation of the week separately, although it contains a much more manga than the normal recs. Because I want to show my way of thinking on getting all these things in this post.
My mind just revolves around manga all day this week.
---

This week starts by reading Hayabusa and contemplating on searching and eventually buying all Aya Roppongi's mangas in the bookstore. This manga in particular is one out of five from the book-set called Romance Series III. It can be bought in the bookstore for roughly $3.00, cheap huh?

I got a new hang-out place, it's a site called OtakuWorks. The site provides Online Manga Reader and of course a very fun forum. It's quite small but very friendly and the people are nice too. And that's why I come to the now one of my treasures... Someone give a suggestion on making my own manga recs, but by doing that I'll have to mention the mangaka too. Because some of the books I read are by the same creator (I always believe the same brain would produce the same standard of creation), so there. I then try to find out the master behind those great pieces a.k.a my favorite stories. Here are some of them:

Akira Yamamoto: Legend of The Wind Series
Kyoko Hikawa: Kanata Kara and other one-shots
Minako Narita:  Natural, Alexandrite, Chiper, Felicia
Taeko Watanabe: Kaze Hikaru, Family, and other one-shots
Marimo Ragawa: Akachan to Boku, Shanimuni Go, New York New York, For Me to You
Aya Kanno: Blank Slate, Otomen
Tomoko Ninomiya: Tensai Family Company, Nodame Cantabile
Urasawa Naoki: Monster, Pluto, 20th Century Boys
Akimi Yoshida: Banana Fish, Eve no Nemuri, Yasha
Tsukasa Ooshima: Shoot Series (the longest series I've read, contain four different titles combined), Attack!
Shinobu Inokuma: Salad Days, and other series
Taeko Tonami: A Sincere Windler, Blood of Judgment, Blood of Agreement
Yukiru Sugisaki: D.N.Angel
Il Sook Shin: Four Daughters of Armian (manhwa)
Saki Hiwatari: Save my Earth and the sequel, Global Garden
Kanbe Akira: Moonlight Night
Yamahara Yoshito: Ryuroden
Emiko Yachi: Sabbath Cafe
Okita Yumiko: Reikai Ningyo
Yabuuchi Yuu: Shoujo Shounen and other series
Ryo Saenagi: Psychic Power Nanaki, Yorozuya Tokaido Honpo, Raising Moe
Takeshi Obata (an artist's): Death Note, Hikaru no Go
Takahashi Rumiko: Maison Ikkoku
Mitsuru Adachi: H2, Cross Game, Katsu, Itsumo Misora, Niji Iro Tōgarashi, Rough, Slow Step, Touch, Short Program, Adventure Boys
Mikiyo Tsuda: The Day of Revolution, Family Complex, Princess Princess
Eiki Eiki: Prime Minister
Yuriko Nishiyama: Dragon Voice, Harlem Beat
Aya Roppongi: Auto Focus, The Flying Falcon
Motohiro Katou: Q.E.D., C.M.B
Masami Morio: The Extra Kobayashi, other one-shot
Takao Shigeru: Dear Mine
Shimizu Reiko: Wild Cats, Himitsu

Now, the surprise is when I try to find out other Shimizu-sensei's works and eventually landed up with the knowledge that the last chapter in Wild Cats is actually a Prologue in her other Series called Himitsu!! It's a big Shock, because I like that chapter so much, but I've resigned myself on not seeing a continuation. Thinking and wondering about something that would never exist is just that horrendous for me. How foolish of me~

And now, review on Himitsu:

Reading this reminds me of MPD Psycho with the horrid, mutilated body pictures and the same kind investigation-on-atrocious-crime setting. The different is in the content and the vague feeling brought to us. MPD has the gore, horror and chilling feels to it that would make us hesitate to continue reading, I stop after the fourth volume. This manga in the other hand, keeps us curious. The case always resolved in a serene and complete ways that makes us relieved. Try reading it.

I've been thinking:
How much is too much? How much involvement needed to become a liability? How much concern needed to become prying? How much neglect needed to become disregard? Social interaction has many norms and conduct that often so difficult to relate by someone with a schizotypal like me.

Another post done, and this time it's just full of manga recs :sweat drop:. Total time consumption: 5 hours, quiet a long time and it's seriously frustrating enough.
